CALVIN WATSON

Calvin Watson is the longest serving member of SAL. In 1972 he joined Protection and Security Limited as a Security Guard and within two years was promoted to Senior Security Guard.

Eleven years later a much experienced Calvin joined the Shipping Association of Jamaica (SAJ) as a Senior Security Guard and spent four years where he was exposed to Maritime Security. In 1987 when SAL was established, Mr. Watson was employed as a Security Coordinator.  Over the years, Mr. Watson received several awards for dedication and was promoted to Senior Security Supervisor in charge of Security.

In February 2008, SAL Security Services (SSS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Security Administrators Limited (SAL), was established to provide industrial security services.  Based on his experience and expertise, Mr. Watson was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager.

Calvin holds a Certificate in Supervisory Management and is a trained Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO). He has also completed various training programmes, notably with the U.S. Border Control programme.
